Note: Based on your fitness and trekking ability, we recommend that you choose the route according to your health condition. If you have heart problems or blood pressure, you can choose the gentlest or shortest walking of route (1) - short trek - Approximately 3 hours, plus seek advice from your doctor or get permission from your doctor. 1. Itinerary

Morning:

7:00 AM - Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi. Transfer to Tam Dao National Park.

1. Short treks program 3 hours trekking route: The journey to explore Chat Dau valley is at an average level, meaning anyone can complete the entire journey. Participants will mainly walk, wade streams, go through forests, climb waterfalls, bathe in natural swimming pools (formed from flowing waterfall water).
2. Long treks program 5 hours for Twin mountain peaks or Heaven Chess board: This route is also hard trekking spots and more difficulty than short treks. Those are the high peaks of the Tam Dao range and is also the most difficult with outstanding terrain of high slopes. The trekking distance about 12 km long, taking 5 hours to complete. But this routes of trekking is most choice of trekker to explore and challenge yourself  on mountain peaks with elevated from 1,200m to 1550m high, where the primeval forest canopy is covered with moss. 4:30 PM -  Transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi for finished Hanoi - Tam Dao trekking day tour. Drop off at your Hotel at around 7:00 PM.
